Hello! Here is a piece that I worked on that probably would never have been made if I had not tried a surrealist approach in the beginning. Believe it or not, this image started out with an old landscape painting i did a few years ago which I warped around in photo shop. I then began to trace some of the lines and eventually found this image within the chaos. Lastly, I went ahead a painted what I saw.

ReplyDeletenice! sometimes I like to have something clear in mind before I draw, but there's also times I just let the silhoutte and flow of the image lead the way. It's very refreshing!
